I just finished eating a cuater of a papaya, sliced up, and some green tea, and the tea just filled me up, but without making me feel all heavy and bloated.
Ive figured I love tea haha
Now i just gotta pace myself. Ill have another tea in a couple hours to keep the hunger at bay, and then for suppe eat the other quate of a papaya with another mug o tea.
